"Spain enters the fourth year of an impressive economic expansion," says the International Monetary Fund (the IMF) in its latest report on the Spanish economy. Five pages summarize what little is already known by all: that the recovery "continues intensely," that we are growing in a "more balanced form," and the services sector is the foundation for an "impressive creation" of employment. IMF Photo 1 : "The consequence," according to leader of the mission to Spain, Andrea Schaechter at a press conference, "is that we have revised upward the growth forecasts for Spain to 3.1% this year (five tenths more than its last calculation) and to 2.5% in 2018 (four tenths more).
A prediction more in line with the analysis of other organizations.
